DETAILS AND DEADLINES
Located just 30 miles from Sturgis and Mount Rushmore, stay on the School of Mines campus at the foot of the Black Hills during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally! From standard to suite-style residence hall rooms, we offer a variety of options and rates. Although maid
service is not provided, linens are provided and include pillow, blanket, sheets and towels. Towels can be exchanged, if necessary, for $5 per set. All rooms are air-conditioned!
Minimum stay is 4 nights. You may check in or out of your room at any time during your chosen block of consecutive nights, however, you will be charged for the entire block.
Unless otherwise noted, all rates are based on double occupancy. Applicable taxes are not included in the rates listed.
No alcohol or tobacco products are allowed in campus buildings or on campus grounds.
Reservations and payments in full must be made by May 1, 2023. No cancellations/refunds available after payment is made. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards. One invoice will be generated per reservation form/per room—if paying separately, please complete separate reservation forms.
